Return Policy

At Statesboro & Company, we believe your home should be filled with pieces you’ll enjoy for years to come. We hope you love every item you receive. If something isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to help.

Returns

Eligible returns must be requested, approved in writing by Statesboro & Company, and initiated within 7 days of delivery. Please email info@statesborocompany.com to initiate all returns & exchanges. 

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging with all protective materials
  • Free from damage, alterations, or signs of use

To request a return, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service, as Statesboro & Company cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Inspection & Store Credit

All returned merchandise is carefully inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Once the return has been approved following inspection, store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the merchandise. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Packaging Requirements

Items must be returned using the original packaging and protective materials whenever possible to ensure they arrive safely.

If a returned item arrives damaged due to inadequate or improper packaging during return shipment, it will not be eligible for store credit. All returns are inspected upon arrival to verify eligibility.

Final Sale

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale merchandise
  • Any item designated as Final Sale at the time of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the product and the packaging so we can assist you promptly.
